A mouse is swallowed by a wolf (and meets a joie-de-vivre duck inside.) Though not a classically auspicious start to a children's story, this tale takes wonderfully creative twists and turns. Barnett and Klassen have successfully collaborated before (Extra Yarn, Sam & Dave Dig a Hole, Triangle, Square, Circle) and once again delight their readers with an unexpectedly satisfying resolution.
